A little lesson on Darlingtonia pollination

First you lift up the petals
At the very top the anthers with the pollen are visible and the stigma is the cool starfish thing. 
Basically to pollinate this you take a paintbrush and dab some pollen from the anthers to the stigma. 
You are done! Congrats, you have pollinated a Darlingtonia flower
